Annual Marriage Mentoring Dessert

This was our big fundraising event for the year. We had around 275 in attendance and raised approx. the same as last year. We added a live auction this year and had Ed Croissant as the auctioneer. He did a great job. Ron spoke about what we have done this past year and Pastor Jim Franklin was our guest speaker. It was a lot of work for us. The event was our responsibility.
It was good to have Heather, Frank, Nolan & Haley there to help. Heather & Haley were here a day early and that was a big help for the setup. Nolan got to be a "caller" for the auctioneer which he relished.

We had a number of volunteers helping so set up went well.

Benjamin's 1st Birthday

What a fun day for the Anderson family to celebrate Ben's birthday. It was so good to have LaLa (Carrie's mom) there too all the way from N. Carolina. I'm behind in my postings so I will let the pictures tell the story for this post.

Fun Fall lunch with some family

As you are well aware, anytime this group gets together there will be laughs. The only downer was that Mel couldn't be with us. She was at a womens conference. As you can see, we caught Phil in the act of "trying to be funny". Just remember Phil, Ryan is repeating everything you are saying. I'm loving it!!!!
